How to Use:

  • Instructions for Cold Therapy: Place the gel pack in the freezer for at least two hours. After two hours remove the gel pack from the freezer and test its temperature. If it is too cold to comfortably place on the area, let it sit out until it reaches your desired temperature. Once it is at your desired temperature, place the gel pack in the mesh slot of the wrap and then on the desired area. Use the gel pack in intervals no longer than 20 minutes.
  • Instructions for Hot Therapy: The gel pack should be at room temperature and flattened to distribute the gel evenly before heating. Place the gel pack in the microwave and heat for 20 seconds and add in 10-second increments if necessary. After each interval, check the gel pack to ensure it has reached the desired temperature and is not too warm to wear comfortably. If too warm, let it sit out until it reaches your desired temperature. Once it is at your desired temperature, place the gel pack in the mesh slot of the wrap. Microwaving the gel pack for too long will cause it to burst. All microwaves may vary. Use the gel pack in intervals no longer than 20 minutes.

Washing Instructions:

  • Wrap: Machine wash with cold water on a gentle cycle. Do not bleach. Tumble dry on low. Do not iron.
  • Gel Pack: Wipe with a damp towel. Do not machine wash. Allow the gel pack to dry before continued use.
