How to Use:

Cold Therapy:

  • Keep the shoulder wrap in the provided clear plastic freezer bag or use your own and place in the freezer for at least two hours
  • After two hours, remove the shoulder wrap from the freezer and test its temperature. If it is too cold to comfortably place on desired area, let it sit out until it reaches your desired temperature
  • Once it is at your desired temperature, place the shoulder wrap on the desired area
  • Shoulder wrap should not be too tight. If it is too tight, discontinue use
  • Do not overstretch

Care Instructions:

Wipe with a damp towel. Do not submerge in water. If the product gets too wet, allow the product to air dry before placing it in the freezer or on the area
