How to Use:

• Cold Therapy:
  • For optimum use, place your mask in the provided freezer bag and into the freezer for at least two hours
  • After two hours, remove your mask from the freezer and test its temperature before putting the mask on. If it is too cold to comfortably place on your eye area, let it sit out until it reaches your desired temperature
