Materials:

How to Use:
- Cold Therapy:
- Keep the cap in the provided clear plastic freezer bag or use your own and place in the freezer for at least two hours
- After two hours, remove the cap from the freezer and test its temperature. If it is too cold to comfortably place on your head, let it sit out until it reaches your desired temperature
- Once it is at your desired temperature, place the cap on your head
- Hot Therapy:
- The cap should be at room temperature before heating
- Remove the cap from its plastic bag. Place the cap in the microwave and heat for 20 seconds, adding additional time in 10-second increments
- NOTE: Microwave temperatures may vary
- After each interval, check the cap to ensure it has reached the desired temperature and is not too warm to wear comfortably. If too warm, let it sit out until it reaches your desired temperature
- Once it is at your desired temperature, place the cap on your head
Care Instructions:
Wipe with a damp towel to clean. Do not submerge in water. If the product gets too wet, allow the product to air dry before placing it in the freezer or on the area
