How to Use

  • Cold Therapy:
    • Keep the Hat in the provided clear plastic freezer bag or use your own and place in the freezer for at least two hours
    • After two hours, remove the hat from the freezer and test its temperature. If it is too cold to comfortably place on your head, let it sit out until it reaches your desired temperature
    • Once it is at your desired temperature, place the hat on your head
  • Hot Therapy:
    • The hat should be at room temperature before heating
    • Remove the hat from its plastic bag. Place the hat in the microwave and heat for 20 seconds, adding additional time in 10-second increments
    • NOTE: Microwave temperatures may vary
    • After each interval, check the hat to ensure it has reached the desired temperature and is not too warm to wear comfortably. If too warm, let it sit out until it reaches your desired temperature
    • Once it is at your desired temperature, place the hat on your head

Care Instructions

  • Wipe with a damp towel to clean. Do not submerge in water. If the product gets too wet, allow the product to air dry before placing it in the freezer or on the area

Returns are allowed within 30 days of purchase. Please email info@theraice.com for a return authorization. You, the customer, will be responsible for the shipping cost of returned items.
